Ska, rocksteady and reggae singer Delroy Wilson, would have been 60 years old today. He was born on October 5, 1948 and is regarded as one of the pioneers of Jamaican music. He died (of complications from cirrhosis of the liver) on March 6, 1995 at the University Hospital of the West Indies in Kingston. He was just 46 years old at the time.
